Secret 1 - Secret Health
Use the jump pad (lower mark) to jump up to the secret health.
Secret 2 - Secret Item - Serious Damage
elbryan42 found this one: In Chan's Game Room, shoot one of the hanging lanterns. I'm pretty sure it's the one in the far left corner from the starting door. This spawns a Serious Damage on the yin yang platform closest to the starting door.
